Interactive workshops and activities
Phoenix Leadership Academy holds a diverse range of interactive workshops, leadership activities, presentations, community projects, and social events. These are designed to help young people develop practical skills and confidence. Our events can include team-building challenges, communication and public-speaking activities, creative workshops, mentoring sessions, careers and life-skills sessions, community volunteering, competitions, and celebration events. We focus on learning by doing, giving young people opportunities to take part, lead, collaborate, and express themselves.
Who benefits from our events?
Our events are primarily designed for young people and students who want to build confidence, leadership skills, and practical life skills, including those who may need additional support or a different pathway to success. They are particularly valuable for current students, young people in our leadership programmes, SEND and neurodivergent learners, and young people who may have experienced barriers to education or employment. Depending on the event, we also welcome parents, carers, mentors, volunteers, professionals, and community partners, creating opportunities for wider support and collaboration. Everyone who attends should leave with something practical: a new skill, greater confidence, a meaningful connection, or a fresh sense of possibility. 🌱✨
