Your first step towards leadership
The Bronze Level program is specifically designed as an introduction to leadership, making it unique among our offerings and other programs. It provides a foundational understanding and practical experience without prior leadership knowledge being required.
Core Bronze Level curriculum
The Bronze Level introduces students to leadership concepts and practical skills through a dynamic curriculum:
- Introduction to leadership: Discover what makes a leader and explore different leadership styles in interactive workshops.
- Goal setting: Learn to create SMART goals for school and personal life, and develop a personalized development plan.
- Basic communication & public speaking: Master voice projection, clarity, and body language through a 2-minute speech challenge.
- Team building: Engage in trust activities, escape-room-style problem-solving, and mini team challenges.
- Community volunteering (5–10 hours): Participate in activities like litter clean-ups, local charity event support, or youth club assistance.
- Planning & presenting a mini project: Work on a group project such as “Improve Our School / Community” and present it to peers or teachers.
Outcomes and opportunities
Upon completing the Bronze Level, students will gain a fundamental understanding of what leadership entails, equipping them with newfound confidence and essential skills. They will be prepared to:
- Deliver a 5-minute presentation on a personal or community topic.
- Complete 10 hours of volunteering, contributing positively to their community.
- Complete a team project and a written reflection, demonstrating problem-solving and collaboration.
