   - Roles (project lead, finance, logistics, communications)

   - Running meetings and writing minutes
4. Community Action Project (20 hours) Examples:
    - Youth awareness campaign (mental health, environment, online safety)
   - Supporting a local charity fundraising event
   - Intergenerational engagement project
5. Visits to Organisations
   - University or college outreach day
   - Local council / Parliament visits
   - Cultural or business landmarks (museum, innovation hub)
6. Volunteering & Mentoring (additional 10+ hours)
   - Help younger students
   - Assist school clubs
   - Support community centres

Silver Achievement Task

• Lead a section of the community project
• Deliver a 7–10-minute persuasive speech
• Document work in a Leadership Portfolio
